Halloween Disco Reflection

Halloween Disco was amazing!(Thursday 31. October) yr. 13 with the help of some of the yr.12 students had made a great contributions for the Halloween disco. During our CAS time on that day, the whole yr. 13 was craving pumpkins.

Also during last two lessons in school, we were allowed to set up the hall where the disco was going to take place. We went and took the schools big speakers and brought them to the hall. We wanted to use 2 speakers and 2 additional subboofers, however we only managed to set up the 2 speakers which luckily were also able to produce the bass of quite ok quality , so the fact of not having two subboofers didn't deteriorate the disco's quality. We also encountered problems with the mixer because suddenly the fuse of it broke and there was only 40 min. time until the disco started. Luckily we found a reserve fuse in the carrying box of the mixer, and the disco was ready to start!

As additional service and creativity, me and Elvijs both were the disco's DJs and provided the students with newest and retro dance hits. We had had a song wish list given out to year groups so that they could make wishes for the songs that we were going to play in the Disco. Of course we werent able to play all of the songs from the list however we managed to play quite many of them. Some songs in the list were anyway not appropriate for  a dicso as to some of them, people wouldnt have been able to dance. At some points, students came to ask us to play a song and we did the best as we could to find the song that they wished. most of the times we managed to make the wishes come true. Over all, me and Elvijs had super fun and would definitely be DJs once again , perhaps we will get a chance to do so in the Valentine's Day disco in February.
Me and Elvijs covered also some creative aspects in addition to providing service, as we had to learn how to use one DJing program called 'Virtual DJ'. At first I actually wanted to give up using the program, however when I learned how to use it, I couldnt get off from my computer and go to sleep as it was so much fun to mix songs and add funny sounds and effects to the songs.

When we will do this again, we should make sure how to use all the equipment (connecting speakers properly, and making sure how the microphones work because we didnt know how to use them, so we werent able to make announcements). Also we could have a bigger playlist.

Me and Elvijs fascinated about the DJ program

International Day Reflection

The International day was a success as usual! Tasty food from different cultures, interesting activities for the kids and as a grand finale, a great concert as a cherry on the top.

My contribution for the International day regarding organisation was to set up the school hall for the concert with other students and staff. We were planning the way how should the performing stage be set; set the stage; and brought the drums and the piano on it. We were also carrying things essential for the concert to the hall e.g. speakers and drums. Doing this could count up as service - as we were collaboratively working together as a team to make sure that The International day can be made possible.

From a creative perspective of cas, me, Ho Geon and Yarubbi performed a modified version of Emeli Sande's 'Breaking The Law' in the concert. Our frequent and intense practice sessions allowed us to be well prepared for the performance so that we could minimise the amount of mistakes. However as mentioned in the plan post, we weren't sure if the quality of the performance would deteriorate when we are plugged in to speaker. This wasnt the case aftyer all as everything went better than expected. Thanks to the practice sessions, we were able to make a nice show. We wanted to create a peaceful and united atmosphere by sitting on chairs instead of standing while performing :-)

If we were to perform again, we could have more instruments to be played in the band such as the piano, bass, or even a xylophone. So that the performance could be filled with even more melodious harmony.

International day performance planning!

Me, Yarubbi and Ho Geun have planned to perform a cover of Emeli Sande´s ´Breaking The Law´ on Friday in the International day´s ´talent show´. We have started to practice the song and the practice sessions have so far went better than expected! Ho Geun is playing the guitar (whether he´ll play the acoustic or electric one we still haven´t decided); Yarubbi will be singing; and I will do beatbox.

Originally the song we are planning to perform doesn´t have a precaussion in the background but has only singing and guitar, so we have made a slight change to the song´s structure and sound. The cover will sound more vigorous than the original version.

We have also planned to use microphones while performing which could be a risk to the outcome of the sound quality. We will very likely try out our performance in the music room with microphones and see what will happen. Though we´ll need to consider the fact that the music system used in the actual concert will be more controllable and from much better quality. In the music room we will be only using regular amps. If Ho Geun will be using an acoustic guitar in the show we will need to make sure that the sound can be recorded well by the microphone. The sound of the acoustic guitar would make a more harmonious contribution to the performance however an electric guitar played on a clean distortion would work as well as the acoustic one.

This week we have planned to use our this week´s lunch times wisely and start our practice everyday from 13:40 on wards as long as we are content of the day´s session. Hopefully this week will be enough for us to be able to make an enjoyable and entertaining performance for us and the audience. If performing with microphones doesn´t sound tolerable we will most likely need to perform without them which will require us to perform much more loudly than we would with microphones. However, it is much better to perform without microphones than with them if the outcome will be better :)

Riffing!

Today I decided to make a video of me playing one of my most recent riffs which could be made into a song if refined a bit and if other instruments are involved. Recently i have been putting time into figuring out riffs and also some short melodies which most likely will someday end up on a video as well. I still need to practice this riff so that it will sound 100 % clean. Recently I have also been very much into improvising ´solos´ and Í´ll be trying to figure out a solo part for this so called start of a song.

Me and Francesco have been planning to start seriously attending the school´s music room starting after the autumn break. We have a plan that we will be figuring out new riffs and also lyrics for them so that they could become songs eventually. As we are so far only two members in our small ´band´ we will be playing only the drums and guitar. We will be taking turns on who plays which instrument. As I have a tiny background of also playing the drums, Francesco wished me to show him how to play the basic beats on drums. I know maximum 4 different drumming combinations so I will be showing Francesco some tips and tricks meanwhile we practice and later on Francesco will most likely start figuring out own drum fills. Would be great if we manage to get other members to join us so that we could make music filled with harmony ;) .

To improve from now on; as mentioned before I will need to slightly refine the riff, figure out a solo and write some lyrics. Perhaps Francesco will be helping me out with that. Also I´m looking forward to play together with Francesco. It will be challenging as playing in a simultaneous manner can sometimes be hard, especially if we play newly invented riffs and beats.

I will definitely continue making new riffs and melodies as much as possible as playing the guitar has become one of favorite hobbies!

CAS PLAN!

ACTION - I will continue playing basketball in the school gym on wednesdays after school time. I improved a lot during last year however there is a lot more to learn! I need to improve my defencing skills as my positioning is emphasised to under the basket. Also I should become better in making scores as my accuracy rate is quite low approximately 1/7... The club involves a short warm up session where we practice scoring through different exercises. Mainly though we play full court games for the rest of the time.

I also go to the school gym on lunch breaks from monday to thursday.
Monday- Chest muscle training
Tuesday- Shoulder muscle training
Wednesday- Back muscle training
Thursday- Leg muscle training

I'm aiming to increase my physical strength and stability. Regular attendance to the gym also should improve my organisational skills in the daily life. As a target I'll try to maintain the regular gym sessions without misses so that I can have a balanced week. Also I'll aim by the end of december to do sets on bench press with 50 kg as now i'mm doing with 35 kg.

CREATIVITY- As mentioned in the summer cas plan, I have recently started to play more the guitar. Though I didnt manage to fully complete the summer cas plan as i didnt learn the songs completely, I have started to play other songs and am willing to learn them throughoutly. By playing covers I'll gradually learn new tips and tricks that i can use while thinking of own riffs and melodies. I already have a few own riffs. Though I wish that I could extend these riffs to full songs with lyrics etc. This however, is very hard. But I'll see what I can do... Now i am practising to play Nothing Else Matters by Metallica and I'm nearly able to play it throughoutly. Though in order to be able to record me playing it I'll need to practise a lot more so that I'll be able toplay it clean and accurately. I'll aim to learn a new song every second week by the end of december.

I also take piano lessons twice a week (sometimes once). At the moment I'm practising the theme song of Romeo and Julia by Nino Rota. Though this is a classical song I'm aiming to be able to play improvisational Jazz by the end of December as my teacher has been showing me some basic methods for how to form Jazz chords.

SERVICE - On this part I still have a huge question sign..????? I haven't figured out anything yet however I'll try to brainstorm something as soon as possible.

Summer CAS Plan!

Recently I have started to play the guitar more enthusiastically than I used to. I have decided to learn to play at least two songs on the guitar and they are the acoustic versions of 'No Woman No Cry' and 'Hey Jude'. I have already started practising  both of them but there is still a lot to do in order for me to play them clean and properly. While playing these songs I'm practising my abilities to play without using the pick, which is one of my goals. I will very likely start practising more songs as well throughout the summer. It has been a long time since I learned to play a new song so I decided that I should do it .

Basketball - Students vs. Teachers

Last Wednesday, the students and the teachers were competing against each other in basketball. Students were composed of two teams and teachers of 1. Teachers were playing very hard as they had to be on the court for the whole time. They only had a break after their 4th game against students, from which after the two teams of students played against each other. The students won with a high score against the teachers. The games were all tense. Everybody was running around and doing their best for their team to succeed. All the tricks and techniques learned during the winter were used in this tournament. Everybody has been improving a lot since their first attending to the club. Including me. Frankly, I think that my performance on last Wednesday was my personal best so far at the basketball club. I managed to score around four baskets and I managed to keep up with the team play which was a great success from all of the members of our team (Måns, Daniel, Francesco and Elvijs). I was playing in the front right. Next week we will have a rematch against the teachers. For this Wednesday our team should have a clear strategy what to follow, however the one that we improvised last week wasn't bad at all.

School 9 Art fare

Last Tuesday, some of the year twelves went to school 9 for an art fare. Year twelves were asked to organise fun art related activities for kids. This was done in pairs and two pairs were always in one class room, so that while the other pair was running their activity the other pair could have a small brake or help with the activity. The art fare lasted for around 4,5 hours.

I was doing an activity with Måns. Every group had over all two classes to whom an activity was organised. Me and Måns organised an activity where the students had to draw on an A4 piece of paper that was folded into 4 parts. Each of the parts was supposed to have a different body part of a human figure drawn on it and therefore 4 students were asked to sit on one table. The idea of the activity was that each student would draw one body part each on one of the folded parts in a way that when the next one who needs to draw the next body part will not see the previously drawn one. This was done so that when the complete figure was drawn, the outcome would be a funny surprise for everybody in the group. The activity didn't work out quite well with the first class because the kids didn't seem to understand the main idea of the activity. Some kids weren't passing the paper around after they had drawn the first body part (instead decided to draw the whole picture themselves) and some pictures weren't finished on time. However when we were running the same activity with the second class, everything went much better. We decided to put the kids to draw the body parts as a team, so that each team (out of 4) were drawing one body part at a time and when finished the paper was passed on to the next team. Sometimes the papers weren't folded well enough making the team members to see the previously drawn body part, however it didn't ruin the fun because in the end when the outcomes were revealed, the kids were laughing.Over all, the day went well, however it made everybody extremely tired. If we are to do this again, we should organise the activities more in detail, especially if there are young kids participating.

On Wednesday, some of the older kids from school 9 came to visit our school. This time me and Måns spend only one period with them. The activity that we set up for the kids was to draw own flip book animations. We encountered a bit trouble as the process of making the flip books took more time than was expected, so the class had to wait for a while. However in the end, all kids from the class had managed to draw nice flip book animations. The activity went over all well. If we are to do this activity again, we should make the flip books edges even so that they could be flipped more easily.

BaKeRy

Last Sunday was the partly international Mothers' Day, so me and my sister decided to bake raspberry white-chocolate cupcakes. Yummy :P We have a cooking book specialised on cupcake recipes. It's full of different varieties however as my sister had baked before exactly raspberry white-chocolate cupcakes, we decided to make them, because we had the required ingredients for them.

The recipe is quite simple, however as I almost never cook it was enough challenging. The ingredients are as follows (for around 12 cupcakes):

How they should look like
100 g butter
1 dl of milk
2 eggs
1,5 dl sugar
3,5 dl flour
1,5 teaspoonfull baking powder
2 teaspoonfull vanilla sugar
100 g white chocolate
100 g raspberries

Frosting:

0,5 dl whipping cream
1 tablespoonfull butter
100 g white-chocolate
(decoration requires fresh raspberries and chips of white-chocolate)

First you do the frosting:

1.Whipping cream needs to be warmed almost until it boils in the pot.
2. Then you remove the pot from the stove and add the butter and white-chocolate in pieces.
3. Mix until it becomes flat and even and let it cool.

Then the pastry:

1.Melt the butter in the pot, add milk and leave it cool.
2.Froth the eggs and sugar in order that they become spongy lather and add the butter-milk mixture.
3. By this time you should have mixed the dry ingredients together. Then carefully add the groats or pieces of white-chocolate and mix them flat and even.
4. Insert the pastry into the cup cake leases and press a few raspberries inside each of them .
5. Bake them in the oven in 200 degrees for around 15 minutes.
6. Add the frosting on top of FULLY cooled cup cakes and decorate with raspberries and chips of chocolate.

   Book: Ihanat Kuppikakut
Authors: Sanna Kiiski and Lee Ehnqvist

We tried to follow the recipe as much as we could though I had problems sometimes with the organisation in the kitchen as everything should be completed relatively fast. Alone it would've taken a lot more time than without help. I learned a new skill which was to bake cup cakes. It was the first time in my life but definitely not the last one. When I'll bake cup cakes for the next time I will try to do them alone and will definitely let them cool completely because this time we didn't let them cool enough which resulted the frosting to drip of from the lease and not spread out evenly. Also I might try make the cupcakes more flat like as the original picture shows. For the next time I'll make sure that there is plenty of fresh raspberries because this time we were lacking them and we had to use frozen ones but they were very good as well. However I'm very pleased with the taste because they were delicious (in my opinion).

Here is the outcome:

Academic Honesty

The whole class was set a task to make a short movie that has a theme of academic honesty. My group included Måns, Mark, Elvijs and Francesco. The first deadline that we had for the movie was after three weeks that we were given the task. And for that day we had made a trailer for our short movie because that deadline didn't require the whole complete movie. Our idea was to make a movie about two journalists who work for a small office and we wanted to show one of the characters as hard working and honest (me) and the other character as lazy and ignorant (Mark). The conflict of the movie was that the lazy character copied the bosses work from old times and entered it as if it was his own work while the hard working character researched his information and worked hard for the article that he submitted. Two other characters of the movie are also the Boss (Elvis) and a friend of the lazy character (Francesco). Måns was the editor and the main camera man of the movie. We wanted to make the movie with a developing story line where the two characters meet the boss and then they start working on their article. Also we added a foreshadowing of the ending of the movie as a first scene.

Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJRcJxBGc7E

Whole movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaoi44ALsl4

Overall we filmed our movie for two times and it took around 5 hours. Editing probably took the same time or even longer. In order to improve, we should use original songs and not downloaded ones because the movie is anyway about academic honesty. We could´ve also add more aspects of academic honesty than only the idea of stealing someones work. Generally we were happy about our movie and would most likely do the same again.

The Beat Stays In Da Box

The beatbox club has been doing great. Though, I have only one person who has been attending the club regularly and he is Han. I have also had problems of having the club every week because on some Fridays I haven't been in school. I was also about to abandon the club because of the extreme low rate of participants, however, yesterday Han told me so enthusiastically that he would like to continue attending and seriously learn how to beatbox I decided to continue the club and not let go. It really doesn't matter if there is only one person attending the club especially if he/she is keen to it. Also I discovered that teaching one participant allows me to concentrate more on the individuals learning. This can be seen also in Han's improved skills. He has made a great improvement since the first day that he participated. I have been teaching him relatively basic beat patterns so that he could adopt a clear idea and the basic requirements for in order to proceed to more complex beatboxing. So far he can recall three different beat patterns and he was able to show them to me yesterday at the club. I was impressed of his abilities. I have been teaching him some but not many new sounds what he could include to his beats, however the main emphasis should be in learning to beatbox different  beat patterns in a way that Han could also form his own beats and improvise with the learned sounds. This though requires lots of practice which Han has clearly been doing. My teaching methods include   considering participants' wishes of what they would like to learn. Yesterday Han wished to learn to form a whole performance of one beat in a way that it sounds in two different ways which means changing the emphasis of a specific sounds when having the second repetition of the beat. He wanted to add to the end of the bar a sound that would allow him easily to have a clear end to the beat and an easier start for the repetition of the beat. We worked on that perhaps 10 minutes and he was already able to perform it in a very good way. He needs to practice of course in order to make the sounds sound more clear.

The beat patterns (circled sounds show the emphasis)

My goal from now on is to try teach Han beatboxing in a way that he can become more of an individual beatboxer who can include own ideas to the creation of beats which he already has been started to do. I'm happy with the methods that I have used in my teaching however, I should start teaching Han more new sounds, in which I'm not so good at because my own beatboxing is based on different combinations of few sounds. There are two things I could do in order to teach Han more sounds. 1. I should slowly start teaching him every single sound that i can do or 2. I could learn new sounds myself or with him together which would be very effective co-learning for both of us. I haven't decided yet which one I will use but time will show. I will also ask Han's opinion of what would he prefer or if he has any other ideas. So far I have encountered problems only when I have tried to teach some complex sounds to the participants, otherwise I have enjoyed my time as a teacher and as long as the participant(s) is/are happy and enjoying, I will also.

Gymming proceeds!

During the past month, my attendance to the gym has been horrible since I wasn't able to attend it for a couple of weeks and due to the one day holidays during last two weeks. Now though, it has started very well. Me and Francesco are continuing our work outs with the same weights as we stopped them.

I have managed to regularly but slowly to increase the weight for my work outs. Still a long way towards the goal, however it is managable. Today was our chest work out day and I managed to do bench press sets with the weight of 47.5 kg. Next time I do my chest work out, I have planned to try at least one set with 50 kg. Slowly but firmly. Although our work outs have continued normally, we made a slight decrease in weights regarding some of the exercises in order to improve our form because we weren't able to lift the weights we used to do in the most correct and useful way (Peter's advice). In fact, I can see a change now because as I'm able to have a proper form for my lifts, I can feel my muscles more exhausted. Which means that I can learn the proper form and again start slowly increasing the amount of weight.

I am back to leg work outs as my knees don't hurt anymore so it was actually good to have a small break from attending the gym. Also I think that it is generally good for muscles to have a rest. My physical shape has significantly improved since I started working out and I actually think that I have managed to lose fat as well.

Я ИГРАЮ...

Lately I have been working on two songs from which the first one is Gaiden's 'Andante' and the second one is Kriger's Minuet in Minor. I still need to practice with the second one, although I am posting a video of me playing the first one. Later on when I can fluently play the 'Minuet in Minor' I will post a video of it as well.

So far I have nearly achieving my goal of learning to play songs with two hands yet, I haven't reached the level to play a full length song. Last weekend my teacher was showing me how to form cords in the right way and how they should be constructed. Firstly, it was very confusing but after a while I started to understand the idea of it, though I will be still practicing them in the coming lessons. Now I'm mainly practicing one etude. Next weekend, my teacher said that I will start practicing Chaikovski's 'Old French song' which will be a challenge for me.

Playing the Chaikovski's song will be one of the aims that my teacher set me. She said that I will have learned to play 3 'songs' from famous compositors before the summer starts. I think I will manage to achieve the goals.

Andante

P.S. I have been working on a rap beat melody on the piano to what I have added my own beatboxing as beat. Some day when I'll manage to fully complete it, perhaps I might insert the notes and beats to a computer programme or I'll just make a video of me playing it.

Lift that bench!

The last two weeks  I have had a significant improvement regarding my gym performances. I'm doing 6-8 lifts with 45-50 kg of weight including the bar. Also I am able to lift 6 times 50 kg on the shoulder press. I'm very happy about these results however I am concerned of my leg work out as my knees have started to be sore. Peter and Stefan recommended that I should'nt continue my leg work outs as long as my knees continue hurting. They don't hurt while I'm walking normally, however if I run the stairs or work out my legs they start hurting a bit.

I'll continue adding weight every time I work out and I hope that my knees will be okay for working them out as soon as possible. For Thursdays instead of doing squads or other leg training I decided to have a more like freestyle day where I mostly train my arm muscles or some other muscles that I haven't paid attention to.

Going for 45 kg.

''BEATBOX MADNESS''

Last friday on the 25th of January I started my beatbox club! With the experience of running the club last year I was expecting to have more people joining the club, however now only 5 students appeared. Although I should'nt use the word 'only' as I discovered that 5 people is actually an ideal amount of participants. However I'm more than happy to welcome new people always whenever someone is willing to join.

The first ten minutes of the 'lesson' was absolutely quiet, however after it, people started to appear. At first I was nervous but later on when the teaching process began I started to have fun because it seemed that the participants were enjoying their time. For this lesson I researched some techniques for learning the basic of beatboxing. The best way to learn the most common parts that combine a beat together is to pronounce single letters or combinations of them such as P - bass drum, T- hi-hat, PFS- the snare. Also I showed them how to do the vocal and thefinger scratch. If these are pronounced in sequences one will have a complete beat and will already be a beatboxer. SIMPLE AS THAT! Besides this, I showed the participants some of my beatboxing and told them some background knowledge of beatboxings including famous professionals.

The participating group seemed to be motivated as they were writing down the names of famous beatboxers and taking pictures of the beat schemes. I was also happy about my performance as a teacher and I actually set them a small homework which is basically to practise beatboxing which can be done anywhere anytime. For the next friday I will need to figure out new beats schemes and perhaps introduce the participants with a new sound to be practised.  Also I could show them a video of someone beatboxing and him/her being interviewed. My challenge has only begun...

Back To Basketball!

Last wednesday was the first time since 4-5 weeks that I attended the club which is mostly because of the term break, however my skills hadn't detoriated at all, in fact they had improved for my amazement! I scored several baskets from which I'm extremely happy about.

As the yr 11s and 13s were having their mock exams, the amount of attendants was just enough for two teams and therefore we played a  nonstop full court game which was tiring but super fun at the same time. Though I still prefer more the half court games because they allow to concentrate more on the actual gameplay skills such as coordinating and tactics however it is not as much of an exercise than a full court game and the possibilities to make a breakthrough run all the way across the court to score a layup is impossible. Still I'm fine with the both options as long as everybody is happy.

This time, there was a video filmed of all of us playing and thanks to Han's great effort for editing and uploading it we can use it to reflect on our gameplay. Personally I found out that most of the time I don't know exactly where I should be and mostly I'm doing my own solo which I think is not such a good idea after all. However I managed to find some good positions from where to score or pass on the ball which is a huge improvent when compared to my previous achievements as my aims have always been to improve my coordination skills. For next Wednesday I will try to hold more on my horses and concentrait on playing in the position that I'm shown rather than changing it all the time to non useful positions.

CAS Plan, second shot!

For CREATIVITY I have recently started to play the piano and I have started to enjoy it very much. I have a private teacher who has already thought me the basic rules and signs that a pianist should know. Also I have now learned to play some basic songs and have proceeded to the level where I need to use my both hands for playing. What I have planned to achieve in the following three months is that I want to be able to play relatively long songs with the usage of both hands which personally will be a challenge for myself. I might even post a video of me playing some cool song(s) if I manage to overcome my challenge well enough.

For ACTION I have planned to keep on attending the basketball club every Wednesday right after the school for approximately 1,5 hours. I would like to keep developing my skills in co-operating with the other members of the team and my own shooting skills as well in order to improve mine and the whole team's team operating so that we could develope our skills to adapt to each other's and that we could succeed in making better scores. Also it would be nice to learn some nice tricks that could be added to the gameplay.

I will also keep on attending the school Gym atleast four times a week during the lunch brake for approximately 45 minutes where every day has it's own work-out for a particular muscle (chest, shoulders, back and legs). My aims are to grow my muscles and improve my physichal strength and my goal is to lift atleast between 85-90 kg from the bench press until the end of the whole school year.

For SERVICE, errgh.. is more hard to think of any good one. Although, a one idea is that the whole class or a part of the class could figure out something that would help the local community or even an individual in some part of the world as was done before the term break. Also I have been thinking of starting the beatboxing club once again. However this time the target group will be anyone who wants to attend not only a particular age group as last year. It will be a challenge to maintain the passion and commitment in the students attending as the skill of beatboxing is hard to be learnt and taught. So I will need to have a clear plan and a method of teaching for each time I run the club, also I will need to be able to maintain my own commitment for running it. It will be a major challenge for myself and propably for the students attending as well, however I want to find a way to overcome the challenge so that everyone attending will atleast acquire some kind of skills regarding beatboxing and most importantly everybody should enjoy their time and have fun. The club will be runned once a week for 30-40 minutes during the lunch break.

Bon appétit!

Today after arriving home from school I decided to do something a bit different from what would normally be a part of my daily routine. As feeling hungry I wanted to try to prepare an omelette for the first time in my life and since I do not cook too often I figured out that it could turn out to be a challenge. I got inspired by my mom because she has recently been cooking them.

One could say that an omelette is like a pizza, you can add anything to it that has been leftover in your frige from vedgetables to cheese and meat or anything that is desired only that the outcome should look like a calzone. Frankly, It has been only lately that I have started to eat any form of eggs, before only the smell of them would've made me feel sick (I don't know why). As I like strongly flavoured food I decided to add the following ingridients: white cheese, yellow cheese, ham, pepper, tomatoes and onions and spiced the omelette with pizza basilico and pepper spice.

Cooking an omelette in fact turned out to be a rather easy process, however In order to make the omelette look and taste perfect requires practice. Most importantly I learned how to cook them and as being an easy dish it will help me with my future breakfasts, dinners and especially with the lazy days. However the next time I'll possibly leave out a few ingridients just to not mix too many flavours.
